I’ve been using eCash for a year. I remember the old pre‑consensus days when you’d wait 10 minutes for a block. Now, with the Avalanche layer, I see confirmation in under a second. It’s a hybrid: Nakamoto PoW with a finality gadget. That’s the best of both worlds. It preserves the security of mining while adding speed.
